41 Affirmations By Black Women For Black Women

  • Kabrena Williams
  • February 10, 2022

What better way to kick off Black History Month than with positive affirmations for black women by black women?

Positive affirmations for black women are a great self-care method that has been proven to boost our self-esteem, elevate our confidence, and help us facilitate an overall positive outlook on life. Self-care can be characterized by how one takes care of their mental, physical, and spiritual health.

It can include but is not limited to, paying special attention to or filtering, what we eat, what we listen to, how often we move our bodies, how well we sleep, and even the information we consume.

This list of affirmations is helpful when mindfully choosing how we internalize what we say to ourselves and what we say to other black women. While speaking good things into ourselves may seem easy, it can prove to be quite difficult.

Words of affirmation for black women not only assist us in reinstalling our self-worth but can also help us manifest the lives we so rightly seek and deserve.

To spread words of encouragement on self-love, confidence, empowerment, healing, and achievement, I put together a list of 41 positive affirmations for black women by black women.

May the words of these powerful, triumphant women help us live our most authentic, beautiful lives!
