Yoga mats are a great option for outdoor exercise, as they provide a flat surface for bodyweight exercises and stretching. In addition, practicing yoga outdoors in natural light and fresh air can enhance the benefits of the practice, such as improving balance, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Strength Training

Strength training is also a great way to build muscle tone and improve bone density. A power rack or squat rack can be used for weight training, while resistance bands can be used for a full-body strength workout.
