Kabrena of @kb.inbloom
1. Kb in Bloom
If you are reading this post, commenting, sharing, and most importantly, getting continued value from my content, then you are a part of the Blooming Krewe.
I remember when I was just a user on instagram and I would scroll for hours on pages that I admired, and often envied because their life looked so great.
I found several self-care pages with content creators who seemed to “know it all” but I still felt empty when I logged out of their page.
I found much of their content only utilized purchased products and so the urge to buy something in order to “fill my cup” began.
You guys know I don’t hold back and so sis, don’t take this the wrong way when I say this…..
BUT authentic self-care is manifested when one knows how to at first navigate the world prioritizing your health w/o purchasing items.
Say what?
Read the above again. You need to be good with sitting with yourself before involving anything else.
I digress but I love this community and I enjoy pushing you all from the interwebs, follow me here for more self-care centered content.
And if you haven’t already, subscribe to the Blooming Krewe email list!

Thamar of @thamarinnocent
I have loved getting to know Thamar as she delivers a unique message to women of color.
She is a doula that believes in pushing women to make their health and wellness a priority.
Don’t you just love her?
I love her messaging and it makes me excited one day when my husband and I become parents.
It’s just something about encompassing themes of holistic practices and black women wellness that I love about her page.
One of my favorite videos of hers was the gems she dropped in providing info on ways to track your fertility.
Check out the video here
She’s so good at making you feel comfortable when it comes to sensitive topics- just from your phone.
All in all, if you are looking for someone that will have you excited to learn about your body, follow her here.
Her Doula agency, Heavenly Nature offers multilevel services from the basics to post partum support.
Check out it here for more detailed info.

Bria of @briascorner
Although she coins her page as, “Bria’s corner”, what I resonate the most with is that all are welcomed who are healing.
I love her energy and her feed just screams support!
One of my first introductions to her page was when she posted a quote about showing up for myself.
Check out one of my favorite posts of hers here
Do you see this energy, you guys? You can just tell that she’s had a journey and is willing to share it.
Sis, don’t you just love her energy?!?!
Professionally, Bria is a therapist that specializes in counseling, and self-care, and offers consultation services.
If you need a page that is going to add value to your life and make you want to start healing from past trauma and toxic relationships, Brias Corner is your page.
She replaces the above with self-care, healing, reflection, and plenty support-Just view her as your virtual friend.
